Our Insights Discovery Young Adult Development Program starts with the individual. We help them to understand their strengths and what their challenges are. Through this understanding we integrate individuals into a group and explore how each person fits within that group. We help each young person to see and enjoy the difference between themselves and others. The program includes a 24 page personalised profile for each individual, a group workshop with students, a group workshop with teachers, follow up one to ones with students and a support structure for teachers. Additionally, the program can be designed around the individual needs of each school. The program can also be designed for an individual.
