Founded in 2004 by two media professionals we have experience of covering staff and contractor appointments from entry to board level in the Creative, Digital and Media Market. For staff and contractor roles we utilise our contacts and candidate databases in parallel to running bespoke marketing campaigns (online and press), use search & selection techniques as well as headhunting across traditional and social media. We we also represent a team of freelance workers, operating across multiple disciplines but primarily in the Design, BFX and Broadcast markets whilst we have considerable experience of building bespoke teams on request. Our clients include Academy Award (Oscar), BAFTA, Cannes Lion, D & AD, RTS, Eventia and C & IT Award winners and include Advertising Agencies, Events & Design Agencies, Television Production Companies, Post Houses, VFX Studios, Production Studios, Transmission centres, Media Logistics providers, Online businesses and many more.
