Having fallen guilty of jumping on the bandwagon of the most recent fad diet over the years only to end up back at square one and out of pocket I decided to take the time to educate myself about nutrition. In October 2020 I began my studies to become a fully certified nutrition coach through NASM going on to pass my exam in January 2021. The health industry is cluttered with charlatans out to make money with a quick fix usually in the form of a powder or a pill. It is my aim to add real value to this industry by educating my clients on a nutrition plan that works for them. The main force behind SJ Nutrition is a deep desire to help individuals achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals. Whether you’re seeking help with weight loss, accountability, or disease prevention, each client is individually evaluated and provided with a well-researched and comprehensive plan they can follow for the rest of their lives. We are all different and individual so our diets should be too right? There is not a one size fits all when it comes to diet. As your nutrition coach I will educate and empower you to make your own nutrition plans by evaluating your current eating habits, recommending gradual modifications and consistent dietary practices. No fads, no restricting food groups just healthy nutrition your way.
