SJP Advisory enables clients to create and deliver enterprise wide, transformational, change programmes. SJP Advisory specialises in: Strategy Translation - The translation of high level strategic intent into executable plans, which work within the context of the enterprise, the marketplace and the regulatory environment. Plan Creation - The creation of enterprise portfolio change plans, optimising the return across multiple component work streams, programmes and regimes. Uplift - The uplift of organisation capacity to successfully deliver change. Delivery Execution - The execution of change programmes, leveraging extensive experience to create low overhead but effective delivery regimes. SJP Advisory is light on process, but high on achievement, with three methodological principles: Focus on outcomes – quantification of outcomes (preferably numerically), strong delivery alignment to outcomes with clear objectives (and a consequent de-emphasis on process), and the formation of well missioned, high expertise, cross functional teams. Practical change management – with a strong emphasis on ‘experience’ (‘learning by doing’) over showing (demonstrations) or telling (presentations and communication), a segmented approach to encourage ‘leaders’ and support ‘laggards’, and an incremental approach providing early interventions with the opportunity to evolve and optimise change as feedback is obtained and knowledge increased. Top down structuring supplemented by bottom up detailing – the provision of a top down macro level delivery strategy which is detailed and optimised incrementally over time. This approach is central to managing vendors and other suppliers by providing clear scope and objectives, and a framework for changing vendors or vendor scope if such options need to be considered. SJP Advisory has focus on: Recovery – Recovery of change programmes which have failed to execute, or failed to start. Vendor Management – Obtaining the best results, and the right risk / reward outcome, from change programmes with significant dependency on vendor inputs. Enterprise context – Managing change within the context of a business enterprise, operating in the real world of regulatory oversight, competing priorities, evolving marketplaces and multiple stakeholders.
