Building on 12+ years of experience in the educational sector, I've developed my career as a digital learning designer, educator, and curriculum development specialist by embracing innovation and influencing colleagues to do the same. I've successfully managed the design and delivery of different educational programs and e-learning projects that motivate and engage learners of all ages. Learning Design goes beyond checking the box, watching the video, reading the text, and counting the points. I'm excited to be a part of the next evolution in instructional design that recognizes that teaching and learning are both art and science. An advocate of online education, capability building and providing companies with the educational resources they need to succeed, I'm enthusiastic about the future of education and committed to meeting it with proactive creativity, influential leadership, and relationship management. I am on a mission to redesign how adult educators and educational organisations create online courses and bring creativity, curiosity, innovation, and joy to learning. My background includes a Master's degree in Distance Education and a Bachelor's degree in Art History and French. I also volunteer with various organizations.
