SKA International provides design management services to Hotel Brands, Operators, Developers, and Owners. Since its inception in 2010, SKA International has conducted over 150 surveys to evaluate properties and establish scope and process for hotel repositioning and renovation work. We actively engaged in the design management process and assist ownership in defining design direction, standards and processes for their hotel brands. Well versed in luxury and lifestyle brands SKA International welcomes new challenges for all hotel segments.
