Our innovation is to turn the traditional recruiting model in its head by enabling top engineers to passively advertise their talent to employers through gameplay and community building. For employers, we offer AI based (very low-cost) recruitment agency services: we deliver talent at a flat placement fee charged on success. Our fee is per hire regardless of candidates' salary. For engineers, we facilitate the shift from active to passive job search. As an alternative to conventional stressful job hunting, they can showcase their skills to tech industry's top employers without ever applying for a job.
