Skillinvest is one of the largest providers of employment and training services in Victoria - Delivering exceptional employment, education and training services to create prosperity for businesses, students & communities. Skillinvest is a not-for-profit organisation established in 1986, delivering employment, education and training services across a wide range of industries. We partner with businesses of all sizes, government bodies, statutory authorities, not-for-profits, and national and multinational companies to provide tailored workforce solutions that support both industry and community needs. We assist employers in upskilling their workforce and create meaningful employment and training opportunities through nationally recognised vocational education and training programs. These programs support apprentices, trainees, full-time and part-time students, and secondary school students through the VET in Schools (VETiS) initiative. Skillinvest also provides skilled and licensed personnel for short or long-term assignments, seasonal work, and permanent or fixed-term roles in select locations. Our flexible approach allows us to adapt services to meet emerging business needs, ensuring our partners receive practical, future-focused solutions. Skillinvest incorporates Longerenong College, which retains its name and identity as a leader in agricultural education and training in Victoria since 1889. The college continues to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant programs that support the future of agriculture and regional development.
