SkillPlan was established in 2015 by Mr. Sivaram Rajangam who is the Founder and CEO. He is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of senior position experience in companies such as 3M India Ltd, Dell Inc and Pearson Education Services. He has a proven track record of scaling business operations with his last position being, Managing Director of a leading NSDC funded Skill Development Company. He is an engineer from NIT Warangal and a holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi. SkillPlan works with emerging Companies, and supports them in meeting their growth aspirations.
