SkillProfile is a mobile app and web tool that allows people to request feedback about their Knowledge Skills Attitudes and Competencies from people they trust. Individual users create a SkillProfile with the attributes they want rated and then send feedback requests to contacts from their phone or email. The recipients receive either SMS messages or Emails with a link to rate the requestor anonymously on their attributes. Companies use Skillprofile to expand their benefit options and save money by putting personal development in the hands of the employee.
