Skills Development Solutions (SDS) has a broad range of offerings, but at the core, we are instructional designers who specialise in the development and hosting of occupationally based, blended learning programmes. We digitise existing content and develop bespoke new materials. We set ourselves apart by designing high end, graphic rich, interactive learning materials for all modes of learning including Apprenticeship, Learnership and e-Learning programmes. Having worked for and with SETAs, the QCTO and NAMB we understand the requirements to make learning material and ETD systems compliant for accreditation and grant application purposes. We also own an enterprise level Learning Management System (LMS) which is recognised as one of the best internationally; allowing us to host numerous courses for a wide variety of individuals, organisations and companies. If your learner numbers (and budget) allows, we can set up your own LMS with a custom domain, your own branding and unique user experience.
