We are a Level 1 B-BBEE skills development company, that is 100% Black female-owned and managed. We are focused on helping companies make the most of their skills development goals while helping the youth development agenda in South Africa. The Skills Empire team is led by highly talented and skilled professionals that are dedicated to building an ecosystem that drives empowerment with integrity. We pride ourselves in giving our clients service from the heart and our learners real work experience in preparation for real job opportunities. Skills Empire was born from a need to make real change. We see real change as a change of heart. It is a change in the way that we see ourselves and feel about things. It is a change in what we choose to do. Through partnering with corporate companies, we aim to bring this change to South Africa’s youth.
