Skillsonics

SkillSonics is an impact oriented social enterprise with global operations. The company designs and executes high quality vocational and professional training and education, based on Swiss training programmes and methodologies. SkillSonics has operations in India and South Africa and training is delivered with a view to empowering individuals and providing them with livelihoods. The company offers over 100 training programmes and provides end-to-end services in connection with skills development projects. This ranges from the planning to the implementation stage, including recruitment, training and certification, as well as the end-to-end management of training institutions. SkillSonics cooperates with private companies, non-governmental organisations and local governments to deliver training tailored to the labour market. For example, the company worked with Tata Electronics in India, to set up an all-women manufacturing plant in South India. The project trained and upskilled over young women in local communities.
