This business model is enabled by the SkillsPassport TM which is a state of the art web-enabled mobile-application that converts Member information into a digital profile which is comparable to cross-referenced and screened CV within the employment market. It uses the ubiquitous cellular telephone (smartphones) technology to make marginalised community members visible to the mainstream economy and the mainstream economy accessible to marginalised community members, thereby bridging the digital and economic divide.
