SKT Architects has been in continuous practice in North Alabama for over sixty-five years. The firm is responsible for more than one billion dollars in design and construction in the United States and thirteen foreign countries. While offering clients the benefit of a half century of experience, SKT Architects has continuously evolved to meet the changing needs of its clients. Current repeat clients include Huntsville City Schools, Madison County Schools, Madison City Schools, The University of Alabama in Huntsville, The City of Huntsville, and SESI. SKT Architects maintains a fully staffed office in Huntsville, Alabama. The 20-member staff is comprised of six registered architects, five intern architects, six technicians, a construction inspector and clerical personnel. Two principals architects lead the firm: Frank J. Nola and Rob Van Peursem.
