Sky Assist is a recognized provider of advanced niche software solutions for the Air Transportation Industry. We offer solutions for: arrival services / lost & found and airline customer relations We devise and implement cutting-edge web-based, thin client, software solutions that make airline and handler operations simpler, smoother and more financially efficient. Our customers are a mix of airlines and ground handlers. Our solutions aim to improve & automate Lost & Found processes, with agent solution for front-office and back-office (from passenger declaration until final delivery of the bag), including final delivery update by the courier company (last step of IATA 753 resolution). Fully automated mobile tablet solutions are also available to minimise baggage movements in the baggage area, needing lower staff skills. Self-service options are available for the passengers, on airport kiosks inside the airport and mobile phone / tablet PC outside the airport for delayed and damage bag declaration and further follow-up of the incident. This eventually allows closure of front-desk. Our solutions can be self-hosted or hosted in Oracle cloud.
