Alba Puentes Agustin is the owner of Skye Vista Counseling. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She provides psychological evaluations for immigration petitions via telehealth. She is a fluent and native Spanish speaker. Psychological immigration evaluations are psychological assessments that are used to help immigration courts determine whether or not an individual or family will be able to lawfully remain in the United States based on specific factors and circumstances. Alba offers psychological evaluations for different types of immigration cases. These include-Extreme hardship waivers (I-601)- Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)- Victims of Crime (U-VISA)-Political Asylum Alba also provides individual therapy to adults. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. It should be noted that clients who have been evaluated for immigration purposes will be referred out for therapy services.
