SkyLake Properties is a real estate investment firm that specializes in offering quality and affordable housing in Maryland. We have deep knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic market and oversee a portfolio of 150+ units in the region. SkyLake Properties traces its roots to a single property in 2012, and has since grown significantly on a sustainable basis over the past decade. As we continue to grow, we are building a small business consulting service in conjunction with people from state and local universities. We integrate a people, technology, and data-driven process to innovate the bricks and mortar business of real estate.
