For our tenant clients we help them review options that matches with their business lifestyle and growth plans, and represent them as their tenant broker in all their lease term negotiations including new leases, renewals, expansions, subleases, relocations, and everything in between. For our investor clients we represent them via brokerage and advisory services on both the buy and sell side, and with any leasing needs they might have. We believe the key to any investment decision is to truly understand the income potential first and foremost from a leasing perspective.
