We offer structured advisory and financing solutions to real estate sponsors, owners, investment holdings companies, and family offices predominantly in the U.S. and Israel. We seek to provide our clients with access to significant equity and debt for all the real estate asset classes, including multifamily, healthcare, office, retail, student housing, industrial, and hospitality. Our funding programs include advisory services as well as principal investments, typically ranging from $1.0 million to $10.0 million in equity or debt. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Bnei Brak, Israel, Skysoar executed or advised on real estate transactions exceeding $40 million since the beginning of 2017.
