Monitoring Router Cisco 7200 VXR series, L3 Switches Cisco 3560 & ME 3400 & 20 Cisco 2950 L2 Switches distributed throughout the city connected in Ring. • Monitoring & Maintaining servers running 24x7x365 Days (DNS Server, Web server, Mail server, Radius server, 24 Online server, VOIP Server, Client servers – Mikrotik). • Creating VLANS in switches, monitoring the errors & status of the ports for all the switches connected in the RING NETWORK. • Monitoring the whole network (load, errors, flooding, status, Traffic monitoring in ring Network) with Dude software & taking an appropriate action, raising an alarms. • Maintenance of all the uplinks from ISP’s & Downlinks to our Clients. • Escalations to higher in levels if issues not resolved in stipulated time. • Monitoring and Network Efficiency Analysis of all the uplinks from ISP like load, connectivity (VPN’s, Leased Circuits). • Provide patient and efficient technical support, taking personal ownership of individual issues for all levels of employees & Clients with skill sets ranging from novice to power users. • Performed traffic shaping using Mikrotik severs based on Client requirements/ Load on ISP Link. • Mass Area and Wi-Fi Connections using Wavion, MROTEK, RadMax Devices as a AP, And ST 100, ST 400, Opti Link, Tp link as a CPE. • Configuring and Maintenance of Mikrotik router OS and Radius manager (User details, Radio frequency and bandwidth). • Using Radius Manager NATing, IP / MAC blocking and binding, User creations. • VPN Solution, VoIP, Internet Support, Broadband internet connectivity. • Resolve day-to-day technical issues involving email, network issues, applications, hardware & peripherals, routers & switches, etc. • Maintained Daily & weekly report of all the UP/Down links.
