In-house capabilities include CNC tube manipulation (from 3.175 to 50.8mm diameters), CMM contact & non-contact laser tube inspection, CNC multi-axis precision machining including 5 axis capability (for the manufacture of bespoke tube end fittings), computerised orbital and hand tig welding, brazing, fabrication and assembly, NDT dye penetrant & x-ray testing, air, hydraulic & nitrogen gas pressure testing, and integrator / supply chain management services.
