I started my career in Dubai during 1996 in the commodities trading industry. Since I began in this industry, I have experienced working in several roles such as Logistics, Office Manager, Accounts, International trade, General Manager and Director of Sales, Business Development and Marketing. After 22 years in the market I decided it was time to setup my own operation and utilize my contacts and experience within the GCC and South East Asia to challenge myself. As of December 2017 I have started “SLATE FZE” under the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority in Dubai. The new company can be considered an SME and has sound financial backing. Slate FZE's main activities are industrial supply of various products to different sectors: Industrial consumables Ferro-Alloys (Nobles, Bulk) Steel and related raw materials Base Metals Humanitarian and project based supply of equipment to NGO's such as the United Nations.
