Slay Engineering Company, Inc. is a general civil engineering firm with its headquarters located in San Antonio, TX. We have been in business for over 30 years and have centered our success around comprehensive design & planning services, coordinated and inclusive processes, constructible projects, cost-effective design, hands on management, successful projects and satisfied clients. We operate in a state-of-the-art office building in San Antonio that is centrally located in the small incorporated city of Balcones Heights, close to downtown. We also have an office in Laredo, which has greatly increased our presence in Texas, allowing us to double our work in progress and to make land development a major part of our business. Civil engineering expertise is available in residential, commercial, and industrial subdivisions; traffic signalization; hydrology studies; site grading; storm drainage systems; vehicular access; street and roadway design; feasibility and planning studies; and land and development planning. We are also experienced in the design of water plant facilities, including water wells; ground storage tanks; booster pumps; disinfection systems; lift stations; waste water collection systems; water mains; distribution lines, and water tank rehabilitation projects. Surveying- Surveying services available include boundary line investigations, topography, improvements, tree surveys, aerial mapping and construction staking.
