SBS are a MEP design and build contractor specialising in quality installations throughout the UK. We are a growing EOT owned business based in Lincolnshire with in house expertise in commercial, industrial, retail and residential sectors. We have our own fabrication facility to enable off site modular construction, our own in house ventilation department, process engineering specialist and a team of skilled and dedicated installation engineers in a range of fields. Our design team are well qualified and experienced to deliver design information to BIM level 2 standards and offer advice on thermal modelling for building regulation and industry standard compliance as well as providing advice on Low and Zero carbon technologies and strategies for optimum utilisation. We are engaged on projects from small maintenance callouts through to £Multi-million MEP installations involving a high degree of technical knowledge and coordination.
