Founded in 2019 by Coach Ana Diaz, SLFitt's training method has been helping people to improve their physical health, neuromotor skills, body compensations, sub-acute injuries, chronic disorders, and poor postural patterns, allowing them to move freely and perform activities of the daily living with ease, boosting their physical performance. SLFitt is much more than a physical training method, it is a philosophy focused on self intuitive, psychomotor, and cognitive-behavioral practices, combined with functional movement foundations and mindfulness techniques to build a deep relationship with your body.
