Positioned next to our historic 1929 Akron airport terminal facility, Slice Mfg. brings both liberal arts and high tech engineering into one domain. From design, development, prototyping, and mechanical testing, to final production and sterile cleaning/packaging - Slice Mfg. is a full spectrum manufacturing studio. While utilizing the most advanced machine tools available today, our in-house services include: Rapid Prototyping, Metal Additive 3D Printing, Automated Robotic Manufacturing, Wire EDM, Robotic Finishing, Laser Marking, Advanced Metrology, Automated Sterile Cleaning and Packing, and Final Packaging. Additionally, a strong technical support staff offers Engineering, FDA Mechanical Testing, and FDA Regulatory Services.
