The following are our main functions: Consultancies for MSMEs and Cooperatives Impact Investing Knowledge Hub SLIIN offers tailor-made services to emerging Micro, Small, and Medium-scale entrepreneurs and enterprises, providing financial and management consulting services at nominal or pro bono rates. Our goal is to empower them in highly competitive markets, enabling them to thrive and contribute to equitable and just economic development, ultimately fostering sustainable communities. We actively promote and support social enterprises, with a special emphasis on Cooperatives and Credit Unions as exemplary models. Therefore, we offer training and capacity-building programs for cooperative members, staff, and boards. One of the most significant challenges facing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises is access to affordable financial capital. This challenge is particularly pronounced in countries like Sri Lanka, where startups encounter obstacles in securing financing. Consequently, SLIIN invites impact investors from around the world to invest in Sri Lankan enterprises, contributing to local business development
