Slowbirth Collective

Slowbirth Collective welcomes people into whole-body healing through accessible Reproductive Health + Wellness Communal Care. Our values, visions, and actions are led by autonomy, advocacy, and reproductive justice. Our goal is to design, implement, and distribute a blueprint for education, support, and tools for healing. The Slowbirth Blueprint for Communal Care creates space for each person to be interactive leaders in their care and build a support team that is collaborative, intersectional, and autonomous; centering each individuals unique lived experiences. Slowbirth Care is intentional and fluid, guiding the members of our community into deeper learning, support, and implementation of long-lasting, adaptable healing practices. Our mission is to educate every human who comes into our space for a visit, consultation, workshop, community experience, communal or sliding scale care with equal passion, love, and enthusiasm. Our collective education, experience, and credentials are a combination of many modern and ancient beliefs. We provide care from the belief that life is the greatest teacher, nature is the greatest healer, connection to self is the greatest leader, and connection within community is the greatest support we can give and receive. Although our current leading education has an emphasis on reproductive health and wellness within bodies assigned female at birth, our community is available to all people regardless of race, gender, identity, socio-economic status, disabilities, or illness. Our vision is that each human who walks through our doors will impact us in a way that inspires greater learning and connection for the facilitators, the individuals, and the community at large. Slowbirth Collective is a space for communal holistic healing, one reproductive journey at a time.
