SLP Maritime (Services, Logistics and Personnel LLC) is a cruise refit, maintenance and marine services company specialised in onboard projects for the global cruise industry. From our workshop in Puerto Real, Cádiz (Spain) we support cruise lines and marine contractors with qualified teams, cost-effective solutions and end-to-end project coordination, both during dry-dock periods and while vessels are in operation. Our main scopes of work include: • Steel & Piping Works: Fabrication and installation of steel structures, supports and piping (all materials) for hotel, technical and machinery spaces. • Chipping & Painting / Demolition: Surface preparation, chipping, grit blasting, coating and controlled demolition for refits and area reconfigurations. • Carpentry & Joinery: Interior and exterior carpentry, including saunas, solariums, wooden structures and teak decks for guest and crew areas. • Resin & Flooring Solutions: Resin flooring systems and repairs, especially in crew and back-of-house areas where durability and hygiene are critical. • Accommodation & Outfitting: Complete outfitting works with B15 ceiling and wall panels, doors, partitions and integrated services, both for newbuilds and refurbishments. How we work: We combine planning, logistics, supervision and onboard execution, working either directly for cruise lines or in alliance with specialised partners to deliver consistent quality under tight schedules.
