Sm-2

SM-2 is a specialist consultancy led by Ann de Vere and Jenny Davidson. Their extensive experience and knowledge enables them to competently advise clients about all issues relating to lone working and managing conflict in the workplace. Employers and employees face many challenges whilst trying to go about their business. Lone workers can feel particularly vulnerable whilst some staff find themselves exposed to situations that are both confrontational and rapidly changing. SM-2 works with clients to help them develop a safer environment for their staff to work in whilst being mindful of their duties in relation to the health and safety of the employee. Their expertise in this area ensures that SM-2 is able to recognise the problems that clients are facing meaning that SM-2 can potentially offer a number of options as solutions. These range from lone worker policy development through to the design and delivery of bespoke training courses.
