Our Story — SMAK is about taste, speed and loving our customers. SMAK recognized a hole in the quick service restaurant segment, where healthy food takes too long to order. Located in Downtown Vancouver's Coal Harbour, SMAK serves locally sourced food in compostable containers keeping the impact on the earth to a minimum. — Our Values — Delicious, healthy, affordable and 100% gluten free. We are local and serve in compostable containers because we are about empowering people to make better food choices for themselves, supporting farmers and ecosystems. We believe in sustainability, striving to become a zero waste facility.
