At Small Savers Montessori, we envision a nurturing and engaged community where every child thrives, every staff member is respected and supported, and every family is enthusiastically invited to participate in their child’s education. We aspire to provide a beautiful and inspiring environment that fosters connection, curiosity, creativity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. As a nonprofit, parent-run Montessori daycare, our mission is to wholeheartedly invest in our children’s development by encouraging family involvement and continually building a dedicated, expert teaching staff. We are committed to providing a supportive work environment that empowers our staff to be passionate educators who have the resources they need to guide our children through meaningful and child-led educational experiences that develop emotional awareness, build physical coordination, and encourage curiosity and creativity. Small Savers Montessori is housed within the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and is formally known as Federal Home Loan Bank Board Small Savers CDC.
