Smarana Healing

Smarana Healing offers a number of holistic services to help unveil your hidden truths and connecting back to your sacred interior. Since certain traumas are embedded beneath the language brain, sound and vibrational healing, Breath Work, Reiki, meditation and silence is used as a conduit, a medium, that allows for healing, personal transformation and reconnection to self. Each tailor-made session consists of a combination of healing modalities including breath work, sound, meditation, restorative yoga postures and Reiki. Founded by Natalie Garih.
