Smart Aging Club

Smart AGing is a new approach when it comes to maturity. We do not deny it's happening by trying to cover its signs with all invasive procedures, but we accept, appreciate and celebrate it. It means we want to look and feel good as well as still have energy and keep our minds sharp! My mission is to spread my knowledge and experience among women in their middle age to support them in leveraging energy, self-esteem and passion. These so called biohacks can significantly improve the quality of life! First I discovered Face Yoga which was about coping with visual signs of aging - wrinkles. There are around 50 muscles on our faces and these need to be trained to stay toned and firm! Additionally I teach how to discover joy and optimism by practicing Laughter Yoga, which is proven method for fighting anxiety and stress. I believe that youth simply means being cheerful. To this mix of alternative yoga variations and biohacking tools I add something which is significantly important when it comes to women's health - HORMONES. These chemical substances play a huge role in organizing proper feminine environment to live a meaningful life, especially when it comes to menopausal transition. Unfortunately there is a little or nothing average woman is aware of, when it comes to this chemical blend working inside - for or against her. I am on a mission to be a menopause advocate and a huge proponent of feminity during this second spring!
