Smart Bank is a digital investment bank, part of the London and Milan based Cirdan Group, a group of companies specialised in providing tailored investment solutions active since 2014 and founded by Antonio De Negri. Established in 2022 by Cirdan Group to allow all types of clients to gain access to its high-quality, flexible and tailor-made innovative financial solutions, Smart Bank aims to meet the needs of different counterparties – first-tier banks, asset managers and other financial intermediaries – with regard to the offering of technology driven investment tools. Its offering includes structured deposits, hedging derivatives, private markets, direct indexing and venture debt.
