Smartbody Movement was created to facilitate whole body wellness through Classical Pilates, as well as Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methodologies. We customize all of our sessions to meet the goals and abilities of our students through a positive and judgement-free approach. We try to facilitate a warm, community feeling within the studio, and over many years we have brought together a group of people who are interested in and derive inspiration from holistic body practice.
