Assad Koshul and Ayman Ali met in the Chicago Suburbs in 2015 with experience in strategy, organizational development, leadership training, and offshore office development in emerging markets. Both were passionate about uplifting the community through sustainable models and the creation and enhancement of intellectual power. The proverb “give a man a fish he eats for a day and teach a man to fish he eats for a lifetime” was internalized. Hence SmartCapable LLC was formed to identify, train, and enhance human capital that would allow the target to “fly on their own”. Our model is not based on “feel-good support/charity” but on personal and skills enhancement that allows our “students” to enter and thrive in the global economy. Our intention is to facilitate self-reliance through revenue generation of our “students”.
