The concept of Smart Certification was developed over four (4) years of interminable research around Smart Buildings Technologies. Our passion around the Smart Technologies enabled us to inspect many high technology focused buildings, from Europe to Asia and throughout Australia. Smart Certification is the FIRST and ONLY Smart Buildings Certification method in Australia that has been recognized by thousands of industry professionals from different segments within property industry. Our key focuses are to assist the building owners to establish strong confidence in their investments and assist the occupants to create a better user experience. We generate new knowledge through independent research. This is used to create the standards and qualities that help to ensure buildings are safe, efficient, productive, sustainable and enjoyable places to be. We assess and certify buildings based on the level of the smart technologies presented for an existing building or smart technologies proposed in the as-built plans for new construction.
