The irony of having such a large workforce & yet our Industry struggling to find suitable talent is very much visible in our country. This can be clearly stated as our greatest challenge yet. Our endeavor is to bridge the gap between demand and supply of quality vocational training in the mofussil towns of the country, which is one of the key reasons for fragmented development of our nation. Today, Smart Choice learning has taken giant leaps in the skill building space through its multifaceted initiatives. A majority of these initiatives, target youth from under served sections of the society & work towards training & employing them, thereby empowering them to live a sustained independent and fulfilling life. Smart Choice helps identify the projects, build capacity, mobilize, train and place students in rural and urban areas across various states like Delhi/NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Jharkhand, Rajasthan to name a few.
