Our Story In 2009 David Rigby and Isla Baliszewska met at a coaching development meeting where a fine discussion happened about the merits of consultancy, life, business and leadership coaching. A little seedling was planted which blossomed into the Swindon Coaching Team, a group of great coaches, mentors and consultants with the remit of sharing knowledge, expertise and spreading the word about the benefits of coaching and mentoring in business and in the workplace. Aiming to work and deliver smarter, Swindon Coaching Team became Smart Coaching & Training in 2013 with the goal of providing honest, professional, impactful support enabling people and organisations to grow, transform, change and flourish. In 2014 David invited a valued contact, Halina Jaroszewska, to be our Strategic Consultant. Halina brought an added dimension to the business through her excellence as an executive and leadership coach, and her unique talent for spotting where and how to make things sparkle. David, Isla and Halina are very different and recognise that difference makes for great teams. Together they have built a group of dedicated Associates, in the UK and internationally, all with different skills, backgrounds and competencies, all in the service of delivering great results. Smart Coaching & Training honours these differences and preferences using the language of colours (from our Behavioural Preference Profiling tool - C-me) to harness synergy and balance. We work with high potential executives and business owners to help them be more effective with their people, their culture and their money through bespoke business support, coaching, training, mentoring and consultancy. Smart Coaching & Training is based in the UK and UAE.
