Smart Construction have been in business for over five years and we specialise in construction, land sales and trade. We are legally registered and accredited by the government through The Gambia Public Procurement Authority (GPPA) Land Sales We own all of our lands outright and have all of the necessary paperwork for proof of ownership. When we sell our lands you will be provided with all documentation up to a 'Deem Lease'. Once you have received the 'Deem Lease' you will only need to follow through the consent documentation in order to complete the lease transfer to your name. Smart Construction have a legal team that ensures that all of the paperwork and the conduct of our company is of the highest standard and legally binding. We also have the necessary insurance so that your funds are covered in the event of any issues or problems arising. We have private plots on offer in 6 prime areas of The Gambia, with each plot measuring 20 X 20. All of our lands are less than 100 metres from the main highway. House Builds If you require land purchase and house build from Smart Construction you will receive a discount on your land purchase. We build 2, 3, 4 or more bedroom bungalows and storey homes to your desired requirement, which can be brought on a mortgage basis of 10 years. If you already own land we can also build a home for you. Social Housing We have also launched our social housing project. With this initiative we can work collaboratively with your company so that your staff members who are on a low salary can afford a mortgage as low as per month over a 20 - 25 year period. If you are a key or front line worker, we can offer you affordable housing if you meet the criteria upon application.
