We provide an innovative approach to the Business Development of technology oriented SMEs. We deal according to our vision "Performance is a measurable action" when stabilize or develop businesses. Our main products are the Innovation Management (Business Dialog) that manage the process starting of innovative ideas evaluation, processing them into project portfolio and developing them toward company strategy and company values and Human Resource Management (Employee Dialog) that manage the process of recruiting, developing of human capital and training evaluation. We use Balanced Score Card for strategy implementation and evaluation and PRINCE2 for project management as an international standard. We are taking full responsibility for the results of our work which we demonstrate on Interim management or Co-Sourcing cooperation.
