We specialize in offering training, business mentorship and support, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), value chain development (VCD) as well as other business development services to individuals, businesses and organizations in Kenya and the East African Region. Vision Statement: “To be the market driver in training, business mentorship, monitoring and evaluation, project appraisals and other business development services provider in East Africa and beyond.” Mission Statement: “Empowering individuals, businesses and organizations by giving them innovative services in training, business mentorship, monitoring and evaluation, project appraisals and other business development services in order to enhance service delivery.” Core Functional Areas: Our core areas of business include- Training, Business Mentorship, Monitoring and Evaluation and Business Development Services (BDS): Training: we offer business, management and entrepreneurial, monitoring and evaluation training to individuals, businesses and organizations as well as curriculum development for training content; Business Mentorship: we provide business mentorship services to individuals and businesses, to unlock business growth, to sustainably improve and support clients to grow and expand their businesses; Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Services: we offer support to organizations in project evaluations (baseline surveys, mid-term reviews, impact assessments, and end-line surveys), value chain development and market systems analysis; Business Development Services: we provide other BDS services including business plan development, circular economy advisory, strategy, participatory rural appraisal (PRA), financial linkage support services and strategy.
