SmartBusiness is a high-tech startup that develops AI-powered recommendation systems at breakneck speed and through performance technologies to make digital transformation a reality using RPA. We are assisting our customers in achieving their KPIs and enterprises' turnover by utilizing cutting-edge machine learning and AI algorithms designed to assist users to discover products that they need. The innovative tool resulting from the project contributes to streamlining the processes within the companies, with the ultimate goal of reducing costs and increasing sales for our customers. The project aimed to develop software that learns user behavior and automates the work processes of organizations based on algorithms such as ML (Machine Learning) and AI (Artificial Intelligence). The innovative character of the project is given by the specificity of the product, achieved by using behavioral analysis, as well as the results by integrating with the modules of ML (Machine Learning), AI (Artificial Intelligence), and RPA (Robotic Process Automation). The project "SmartBusiness - Innovative Platform" for automation based on behavioral information of business processes implemented by WEBMAGNAT SRL as an applicant (partnership leader), is carried out in partnership with ICEBERG PLUS SRL, as a partner and aims to rapidly change the nature of products and services demands that we rethink our approach to data management. Our challenge was how to manage data in an automated way while also improving internal processes. The SmartBusiness project is funded by the 2014-2020 Competitiveness Operational Program - co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, Call Code: POC /524/2/2/, Project code: 129017, which aims to support the growth of value-added generated by the IT & C sector and innovation in through the development of clusters for a competitive digital economy.
