Founded in Febuarary of 2018 by Kyle Melgren, Richard Melgren, and Dan Modesett, SmartChoice strives to bring all of our customers the same satisfaction that we would expect from a roofing company. We take pride in being locally owned and operated. Kyle and Dan both graduated from Friendswood High School and want to give back to the community that helped shape us. GAF has approved us as a "Certified Weather Stopper Roofing Contractor" due to our extensive knowledge and ever-growing education on how to install GAF shingles. In addition, we offer expertise on EPDM, TPO, and PVC low slope roofing products (commonly found on commercial buildings).
