SmartClub is China's first and leading loyalty program, with 6 years of operations and over 3 million members. SmartClub Members can combine loyalty points earned from Lianhua supermarkets, China Unicom, Suning Home Electronics, major department stores, DangDang, Joyo, QQ, TaoBao, and over 100 other websites. SmartPoints are redeemable for a huge variety of attractive prizes, as well as virtual SmartRewards including lottery tickets and charity donations. In May 2008, SmartClub was the first company in Shanghai to give money to the Red Cross, in the name of all donating members, in support of the Sichuan Earthquake - hours after that tragic event occurred.
