Smarter Egg

Smarter Egg is a growing business with a range of offerings (a private members' network and focused programmes & events) that build connective tissue between people and ideas, all in the context of building stronger businesses. The Smarter Egg client list is diverse and growing, ranging from multinationals to freelancers, start-ups to established SMEs. We introduced our Smarter Egg Network in 2014. This ambitious project connects people from across the business spectrum through context-based networking where the ethos is long-term collaborative relationship building rather than quick pitching for sales. Membership has been limited to a founding group but will expand in Q4.(see videos below) Our popular SmarterPreneur Circles bring ambitious business owners together to work on moving their businesses towards where they want to bring them, in a designed and facilitated environment. These Circles are formed to meet demand, and are carefully constructed. These peer groups act as a form of board of advisors, providing informed support and challenge. We have specific programmes tailored to 'solopreneurs' as well as those experienced in business building. Engagements in large organisations tend to be custom designed but follow the "Smarter Egg Way" of building insight through shared exploration of challenging alternative ideas. We have successful interventions at executive level and across organisations in the MNC space as well as the indigenous sector. Our Smarter Eggs at The White Horse events profile some of the most interesting people in business through interviews and talks. These events regularly have long waitlists for tickets and tend to sell out in days. Our Red Chair Wall of Famers are more impressive and good looking than Graham Norton's equivalent.
