SmartFit is a Personal Training Studio, set up with one purpose in mind; to help clients achieve their goals through targeted one on one training and coaching sessions. Unlike busy/ noisy gyms, Smartfit is a private environment where you can feel comfortable no matter how inexperienced you are at "going to the gym". Our qualified Trainers will tailor a program specific to your personal needs and goals; whether that be weight loss, fitness or getting your body ready to hit the beach in summer. Smartfit is fully equipped with a fantastic selection of high end commercial grade fitness equipment to to ensure that you get the best possible results. We can also offer protein and nutrition advice and meal plans. On top of his many other Personal Training qualifications, our head trainer is also qualified in Ante and Post Natal Instructing and Physical Activity and Weight Management for Obese and Diabetic Clients.
