We have an extensive collection of spoilage flora and pathogens that we use in challenge tests. We specialise in challenge tests for according to EU regulations. Thorough R&D includes more than designing shelf-life tests and developing recipes. Smartfood R&D offers an integrated approach, in which we also support clients with trouble-shooting, recipe scale-ups, identifying CCP's and the validation of production processes.
